  The photos and description of the item were exactly as described. However, a part of the purchased item arrived broken, the plastic shielding which would go over the mixing bowl. This was wrapped in bubble wrap but obviously not enough to provide adequate protection or the couriers used we're not very respectful of the package. It's a small part of the item however for the purpose of the item (stand mixer) I specifically bid on this item for the shield being included. Bit let down.
