Unable to attach attachment

For all the talk of quality there is no diversity in tushy re, the controller size unit where the switches is so large and doesn't for next to the seat so I couldn't attach the unit. Seems there is no range in the size of the controller if only one knob. The girth is large and under laps the seat rendering it useless . My toilet seat is large but the controller is unusually large. Didn't install
