Good but fitting is tricky
0 of 1 found this helpful Really effective gum shield for a good price. Has breaking holes and excellent protection. I'm sure I followed the fitting instructions exactly but I find it falls out if mouth easily, not gripping my upper teeth. It may be that there is a knack to it. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Good overall
Good quality, stay put pretty well. Only negative is that the holes are not quite the right distance from each other, so only one can be used, but the mats don't move so it's not terrible.

Great quality
