This was good for the money and suits my...
This was good for the money and suits my purpose - to be carried on my motorbike for occasional use. The design is clever but better for heavier people with good balance. It’s quite hard going above 30 psi. It really is compact.

Yaesu FT817 Power Supply
I use the FT817 as my only radio as space is very limited. I had been using an old and large power supply but needed more space to get my laptop closer to (and linked to) the radio. This power supply is not much larger than a mains plug so stays tucked out of the way. It works well and is good value for money. The only improvement I can think of is an LED to show the power is on as I like to turn it off when I'm not using the radio. It must be efficient as it produces very little heat and also it doesn't produce the transformer hum like my old power supply.
