  I will not buy from beautiful_usa, again The unit had a shattered glass top on arrival. I submitted a report to eBay, received a shipping label, packed the unit up, and shipped it back. After it was received by the seller, the seller accused me of swapping a bad unit for their good one. A few days later the issue was dropped without explanation. My problem with the seller is that I did nothing wrong and was accused of fraud, had my return delayed, and was stressed while waiting for a decision.

  The seller called me a scammer when in fact the scammer is the seller. Sold me a non fully functional CCTV camera and when I sent it back seller stated it was not the same camera sent.

  This buyer received a new swann video camera which had been tested prior to shipping and it worked perfect.The buyer returned a different but similar swann video camera to me which did not have a serial number on it.The old swann vid cams were manufactured without serial numbers and all new swann vid cams have a serial number on each vid cam itself.This buyer scammed me and scammed eBay for their buyer protection refund program and has committed fraud and his feedback is an absolute lie.
