  This item was listed as new. It was not new because it had been opened and I think used. The seal on the top was broken so I could see it had been taken out of the box and the packaging inside was torn. See pictures attached. The seller first said it was damaged in post but it was damage from opening the item, breaking seal and taking out of the box. Although the seller said I could return to get a refund it was for my Mums birthday and no time to return so kept because she loves the smell.
