Excellent Product
Excellent product, and great value, very happy with it.

Totally Disappointed
I have been in the process of assembling this product.
1. The photos in the manual are virtually impossible to decipher- they are so dark I cannot identify anything....
2. The moulding of the components is so bad, that the one side which takes the black grass catcher metal frame is blocked....therefore it was impossible to slide the rod into it....I had to hammer a screwdriver through the plastic to enable me to insert the rod.
3. I STILL CANNOT SEE from the photo how the grass catcher connects to the mower.
I am seriously upset with this, as I needed to mow my garden today, and now must try and get assistance from the internet to resolve the problems.
I must now seriously consider whether it is worth it buying on internet, and maybe try using my local retailers.

Great Product
