  Hoover only worked for 5mins and stopped working. Messaged the seller and was told they will send a replacement for hoover but it was never sent out. Waited a whole week just for them to say return the hoover to them. When i had put the box in the bin already and i have no clue were to find a box, they ignored what i told them. Did not get back to me. Please do not purchase hoovers from them. THEIR HOOVERS DO NOT WORK. The light was on but hoover not working at all. I was Livid. Useless company

  Item as described, packaged well and works perfectly fine. Obviously you can tell it’s not brand new but in good condition for a reconditioned one. Good value for money, especially if you can’t afford a brand new one like me! Looked fine just a few scratches from prior ownership but as expected.
