Well written and informative.
If you have health concerns, this is book is a 'must read'. It is a reasonably small book (e.g. easy to pop it into your handbag) but full of more useful info. than some larger books. An easy read, written by a (very knowledgeable) layman, for a layman. I found it informative and useful.

A stylish, quality item.
Great looking log basket but also good quality and very sturdy. I bought one elsewhere about 2years ago for double the price of this one and it was nowhere near as strong. I would definitely buy another- but don’t think I will have to for several years!

A video to increase overall body toning and flexibility.

It is low impact, which to my mind now, after 20+ years of running, jogging and jumping, is very important to overall health and mobility. The music is calming and non intrusive as is the instruction from Darcey. This is a great video that enables me to add a variety to my exercise routine throughout the week.
