1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this a week ago and have seen a slight decline in how many cigarettes I smoke. It's a very good quality product. The only thing I don't like is the pain of removing it from my ear... the only was I can describe the pain is it's like when you've slept on your ear funny in the night and you wake up feeling like someone has hacked your ear off when you move your head 😂 other than that it seems to be doing something... let's see how the next few weeks go.
