    The toolbox arrive today and it’s more thank a little used none of the screwdriver heads will stay in the handle as the clips inside are so used they won’t hold them and the flat screwdriver has a lot of chew marks more used than now and again very misleading description sent in re used packaging so overcharged on delivery charges so I would not recommend this Seller as a little dishonesty going on here !!!! Would definitely check before buying and I would not purchase from again !!!!

    Buyer didn't message to discuss, instead leaving personal and defamatory feedback. Item was listed as used. Videos and pictures prior to sending show items condition to be as described. When asked to send photos of what they meant, they refused to and called it harassment - dishonestly is coming from other parties. Item was sent well packaged, and arrived safely. Recycling boxes is not a form of over-charging. Postage was upgraded to speedier delivery than listed, signed for and fully insured.

    There were no videos and as you stated in your message you can’t see the bite marks and I didn’t message you as I assumed that you description would have been accurate but it wasn’t as you say it was only used occasionally at grandparents I left neutral feedback and was honest about the condition it arrived in I didn’t ask for a refund but you still badgered me for proof with photos which wouldn’t have shown the loose clip as for postage I didn’t ask for you to upgrade why should I have to pay ?
