  Quality and condition of the bed is Great. As Described. Looks expensive. Easy to put together. Bed is high which is what I wanted. Delivery disappointed take longer than expected as 1st time round the headboard was missing so I declined but a new delivery date was soon sorted for me. Great customer service and good communication. Always kept upto date with times ect and you can track delivery. Delivery Driver was super friendly and chatty. Definitely Recommend

  It is a good buy..,value for money. The mattress and the bed came in good condition. I would say they appear as seen in the picture. It took a little longer than scheduled to arrive because of logistical issues, but communication was excellent the whole time . I would however r☺️suggest a manufacturers manual with instructions and proper labels, because it took a while to find the holes for fixing the headboard, and I think this is why some people said there were no holes. I would recommend.😊

  Mattress feels good quality and is supportive, it is pocket sprung as per the description. Did not come in a box came full size plastic wrapped. Mattress is not double sided so cannot be turned over. No instructions or label apart from fire label. Delivery took quite a long time ordered 19/12/24 and arrived 13/01/25, even with Xmas thats quite a delay not the UPS next day delivery on the listing. They have their own delivery guy not UPS although they said Fedex on eBay tracking. Good Value!

  I am revising my feedback once I knew the reason why there was issue with my order. They comeback to me and revealed there was issue with transport and sincerely apologies for the delay in my order. I am happy with the overall service, item quality and customer service as well. I am rating a bit low on delivery time as compare to orhet seller their estimated time is a bit longer but you have got good price with them compare to other vendor.
