Oem says it all

StrikeMaster makes cheap handles "with air holes " in the plastic they break easily in the cold and they do not offer any help to replace defective !
StrikeMaster makes cheap handles "with air holes " in the plastic they break easily in the cold and they do not offer any reduced cost to repair the "cheap plastic " handles ( I called and emailed there customer support number . Only to find them Referring me back to a dealer near me (100 mile trip for me) or buy the part from there on line dealer 39 dollar part and they want 39 dollars to ship it to me tome 78 dollars in all for another poorly manufactured "plastic handle " I still have the old one to show people the air holes in the plastic .
SO do NOT buy a Strike-Master . product go with Jiffy or Eskimo Ice augers
I purchased this part here on eBay because it was due to the fact that it was 10 dollars cheaper to buy on eBay ( new oem Part ) than to purchase for the dealer or Strikemaster them self ( who by the way will NOT help you with PARTS at all !! Buy a Jiffy Ice auger or Eskimo Auger
I want EVERY one to KNOW that I did get the best DEAL for this Part right here on Ebay
The Handel is " Plastic " and breaks easily in the cold " Poorly engineered and no support from the manufacture
DO NOT BUY A Strike Master product they do not stand behind what they make poorly manufactured

Will not work on 120 volts A/C
The light ring gets to hot ( it can be made to run cooler ) how ever I suspect it will only work for about 2 years because of the heat generated but I'm not sure * I don't recommend this light ring unless your like me and like to experiment with electronics for that reason I think it's really awesome and a great purchase
