Very thick pillow, caused neck pain.
The pillow is a bit too thick with the plush case on it. Had to put a few pillows under my shoulder to prevent neck pain but then caused lower back pain.

Great for gradually stretching your ear lobes!
Bought this to help stretch my ear lobes slowly. The light pink makes it virtually impossible to notice when trimmed close to the tunnel’s edge. Highly recommend the product and stretching technique!
