  I ordered this for my cousin and, as I had it sent directly to her house (by adding her to my ebay address list), I contacted the buyer to request that no invoice was included. He replied very quickly to reassure me that it's not something they usually do anyway, but that he would make sure it didn't happen. I ordered it yesterday 29/7 and she received it today 30/7.   Quality of print was great, design is lovey, already had a suitable frame so purchased print only. Great value. Unfortunately creased by postman, seller did not hesitate to refund when I asked about a replacement but time was short to reorder. Used fingernail to flatten crease & once framed it was acceptable. Would recommend this seller as can not be held responsible for what happens in post. Was dispatched in sturdy envelope with cardboard backing clearly marked do not bend!

  Items was just as advertised. I ordered 2 and the teachers loved them! One arrived broke but when I reached out and sent a photo the sell sorted it so quickly. Thank you!
