Gino Vanelli classic Brother to Brother CD stands the test of time!
Decades pass and when I listen to this CD, it's almost like going back in time! It was fantastic when it was produced and holds it's own in 2022. He wasn't quite as popular in the US, but you can see a number of his live performances on line now and certain of his songs just have that extra edge to them with powerful melodies.Gino's vocals have always been awesome -- Brother to Brother was one of his best, in my opinion

Well written,upbeat punchy lite rock and thoughtful acoustic with thier signature live composition.
I have not followed Christian music for a long time but I happened across Tommy Walker's music from a friend of mine who asked me to take a bunch of CDs to Goodwill -- decided to listen to them and I was pleasantly surprised at just how well the songs were written and performed by this worship band. Come to fine out that his ministry is still running strong so I purchased a number of other CDs and the music was not only worshipful, but a good mix of both excellent light rock tunes mixed in with acoustic praise songs -- I think the secret to the success of this worship band is the added punch of a small but talented choir backing up the songs , mostly women, these ladies can really bring it !

Excellent collection of top hits from Sea Level / Cats on the Coast , etc late 70's era - Sweet!
Unless I missed it, the the original Sea Level album with songs like Rain in Spain was not available as a stand alone CD -- so when I discovered this one that had top hits from that album along with some great hits from Cats on the Coast, it was a must add to the collection. Their progressive southern rock style is really catchy and infectious ! Of course, part of the draw for this album was that it brought back memories from 1979 when I saw them live as a student at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in the only outdoor stadium concert that the university had ever held -- it was a fantastic live performance -- thanks for the memories -- !
