Worth owning…shop around for price
Very familiar tunes, a few have elements of main theme- worth listening to, CD looks as well made/produced as one done in much larger numbers. You may need to shop around for price, don't pay more for "used" than "new".

If you want to build any style of dolls house you need this book
Has a great deal of detail on building a Tudor design dollshouse. Many details I hadn't seen or heard of before. Worth having for the "building a house" information even if you don't want a Tudor design
