  Took nearly a week to arrive.The package was torn because it was just wrapped in very thin brown paper, which was inadequate.So royal mail had to put in plastic bag. Also elastic had snapped in waist band. I sent photos to seller pointing out the wrapping was inadequate. I wasn’t asking for refund, because trousers were nice and repairable. All the seller said well that’s royal mail and no apology. I was disappointed because that’s not good customer service.
