  Bespoke to the child. Really good to get them to recognise their name. The book was lost by Royal Mail and the company were kind enough to print another which I received first class. It’s a Shame they had to do that but excellent customer service. Thank you.

  So impressed by this book. Have bought many personalised books in the past and no complaints with any, but this is #1 because of the different style of story, clever and interesting (maybe school age kids) , the quality of the book itself (and the matching packaging too … literally peeled of the address label and going to add a bow!)
