Didn't actually realise that I had to put this together but I love a challenge and it will be most useful to dry things indoors and out and it isn't plastic I am trying to eliminate as much plastic from my life and bamboo is a wood that isn't destroyed and never grows again so is ecologically safe and not destroying forests. Really looking forward to putting it together

Brilliant book has everything I need to ...

Brilliant book has everything I need to make my own herbal medicines, creams. ointments, toothpastes and many more things. I would certainly recommend it to budding herbalists and already trained herbalists.

Easy to understand and read.

Basically it is a five Star product because it is everything I wanted in a book on herbalism, not just medicine but other wonderful things like how to make medicines up, there is medicine for children, babies men and women, toothpaste body creams and shampoos. She really knows her stuff and is happy to share it. I think anyone starting out in herbalism would find this book encouraging and would give confidence. The book was recommended to me by another herbalist.
