Worth a try for energy boost in ladies.
I think it helps with stress, and conditions your adrenals.
I cannot get it over the counter in health shops in the IOM.
I will buy again.

Worth it for those with attention deficits.
This good for mood regulation. I take tyrosine sometimes too. But taking this as well really helps me focus.
