1 of 1 found this helpful I'm new to playing Mandolin so I may not have the knowledge that others out there have, but I do play guitar and know a quality instrument when I feel it. This thing is great. The traditionalists out there may not be into it, but I mostly play with it plugged in and to me it sounds great. It sounds surprisingly good acoustically as well. Above all it plays better than any other mandolin I tried in its price range or below and that's what really sold me.
