  I was sent an item that does not meet the description. I contacted the seller and I was insulted . The seller called me an illiterate and blind.

  This buyer is lying, she got the correct item she ordered, she then contacted us insulting staff that she didn’t get the correct item, she was sent a screenshot of her order confirming the purchase but went on to insult us! She clearly did not read the description. Buyer is advised to return the item for a refund. I wish the option was here to upload photo evidence.
