It was both shop soiled and severely indented on one side, neither mentioned in the description. I made the seller aware of the issue, taking care to be courteous. The seller was unfriendly to the point of hostility. We eventually came to a compromise and I agreed to keep it at a reduced price. I accepted purely to save myself the hassle of returning it and, especially, an unpleasant wrangle about the postage. A truly unpleasant experience.
