  Shoes returned as didn’t fit, seller deducted money saying incorrectly packaged on return. Shoes were returned in same box & packaging, just a way of ripping people off & will never buy from them again

  Don’t bother ordering from seller. Seller cancelled my order twice stating address issues and I never had address issues with other sellers. Seller didn’t bother contacting me to verify address information, so it was pretty clear that seller juts didn’t want to post for some strange reason. Horrible and temperamental. Don’t order from seller. I ordered the same time from another seller afterwards with zero problems or complaints

  Your delivery address was not serviceable by Evri, therefore we were unable to post the order out to you. We did try to contact you via the contact number on your order as well as my ebay messages to which you did not respond within the 24 hours time frame we had to dispatch your order.

  Was told the bag couldn’t be delivered due to an issue with my address but the seller wouldn’t specify what happened. I then noticed the bag was out of stock so assume that was the issue and the seller lied to me. Not a great experience.

You then demanded a reason for this which was out of our control to explain as we could only relay information back to you that was provided to us by Evri. On the same day we then issued you a full refund also.
