Marvel 75th anniversary omnibus! reader's choice best stories!

The best book for a Marvel fan.
This book is a perfect book for any Marvel fan, young or old, veteran or newbie. It’s the comic book equivalent of something like David Bowie’s “Changesbowie” compilation album. It’s “Marvel’s Greatest Hits”. It’s got almost all of the major firsts and “important” stories. The first Fantastic Four, first Spider-Man, first Hulk… The original Galactus Trilogy…. “Days Of Future Past!” I got it for my nephew, who is 12 and just getting into comics, and wants to know all about Marvel and the history. I recommend that anyone who picks up this book also picks up a paperback from 1992 called “The Very Best Of Marvel Comics”. It’s like the “deep cuts/B-Sides compilation” to accompany the “greatest hits” nature of this book.

Awesome weirdness
Grant Morrison and Paul Dini (and some other cats) resurrect the villain whose power is resurrection... It's a good book, and another good chapter in the Batman saga. This book is the first chapter in the realization of Damian as an actual character - not just the annoying little brat who's Bruce Wayne's love child. It's a little disjointed, with different writers writing different chapters, but they're all on the same page, and it all ties together just fine... I dug it.
