  Although the Seller dispatched the item quickly, they failed to provide the eCP code on the address label that is needed for easy Click & Collect (something that is all too common with some eBay Sellers). I spent almost 30 minutes with the store owner to submit the eCP code manually and wait for the eBay notification to collect my item. Hopefully, the Seller will learn from this mistake.
