Charging cable melted first time I used it.
I bought this to use on holiday as I thought it would be useful to be able to charge my phone with AA batteries. When I plugged it in to charge for the first time, the charging wire melted after an hour, which deemed it useless. Fortunately I hadn't left it unsupervised as it would probably caused a fire. I smelled plastic so unplugged it, which is when I burned my hand when the screw came out of the coil and spring launched it into my hand. Unfortunately, I am not allowed a refund as it is 2 months since I purchased it and the refunds can only be retrieved up to 30 days. I don't want a replacement as I don't trust it and I seem to be denied my statutory rights of refund up to 2 years. DON'T BUY.

Really shouldn't overload my freezer
Pulled the front off my drawer when I didn't get round to defrosting the freezer, but then crammed too much stuff in the drawer.
This front was the perfect replacement of the drawer front. It is a bit of a bugger to change, but that is Hotpoint's fault and not the replacement drawer front.

No longer unhinged
The hinge arrived quickly and was as required. If only the washing machine was better designed to fit it as easily.
I watched you tube and found out that the door seal needed taking off so that you could support the metal block the hinge screws into. Hopefully won't need to do it again.
