This is not a MPPT unit, False advertising!
Benefits over PWM : NONE
Disadvantages:
As this is a line of falsely advertised products by this seller, you will likely not find a genuine MPPT controller under 80.00GBP. This is a PWM controller that has been reviewed on YouTube and found to be poor quality and offering very little if any over a standard PWM unit other than a display..
I made the mistake of ordering one of these and since found out the misleading title and references. A Typical MPPT controller has a DC to AC - AC to DC circuit that converts the input POWER to output POWER. This unit lacks the fundamental transformer that is required for such a technique. This unit wastes power in order to regulate the voltage and not increasing the current pro-rata. Simplified a 100 watt solar panel typically gives 18Volt and 5.5 amps converstion with MPPT would give 14Volts at 7 amps, this unit will give 14 volts at 5.5 amps or 77Watts, this is a loss of 22 watts of charging power.
Don't be misled, as with CE approval this seller's equipment may quote, they do not comply with the Certificate European, like many Chinese Export (CE) equipment. It is meant to convince you that these are approved.

Good value and does what it is designed for.
Ideal for small loaves or cake.
Lightweight but sturdy enough giving even bake.
I use for small bread loaves and is perfect.

Happy with my purchase
Seems to be well constructed and has the features as described, it was a bit larger than I imagined, but at 100mm that's just the main bed, so I wasn't taking account of the overall size.
It is a well constructed tool, easy to use and the cast iron weight gives it a very professional look and feel. I have yet to see how rigid it is in real world use, but as my mill is small I doubt that it will have any issues.
