Devotions for a Sacred Marriage : A Year of Weekly Devotions for Couples

Gospel centered, and sweet devotional

I wasn't sure when I bought it if it would be a real gospel centered book. It is. It brings up good talking points and things to ponder with your significant other. The devotion we went over last night was titled, "God's son, God's daughter". The pastor compared how if we want to be on his good side, treat his kids well, but if you want to make him mad, mistreat or bully his kids. He then compared it (though on a much larger scale, as God's love is so great) to how God wants us to treat our significant other, how His child ought to be treated -and as someone made in His image. There aren't really questions at the end; it's more for discussion, and to make you think, and also think of things to pray on. It's a very sweet, well written devotional, that is not over whelming, but gently nudges you closer to your spouse.

Easy and humane - caught a mouse w/ no bait!

I wasn't planning on catching a mouse right away, so I sat it on my counter without any bait. I was surprised in the morning, when I heard rustling of the trap! Pros: 1. The glass lid simply lifts open -this means bait is easy to get in the trap, and mice are easy to get out of the trap. 2. Once the mouse is in, they tend to make noise in the trap - this is good, so you'll know when you catch something. 3. Easy to see the mouse through the glass. 4. Large yet lightweight. I haven't found any Cons, I will probably be buying a few more of these!
