not quite the same, a poor imitation that looks alike from a distance
Sadly although this looks like the original part, it does not have the flexibility and is more like a solid linkage with no give in it, quite unlike the original and will transmit vibration where the original wont, so nice try but not well thought out but i guess thats the nature of a far east manufactured copy, you might as well strap a solid bit of steel between the gearbox and subframe as use this 😊

nicely engineered british product !
Well engineered, relatively easy to fit if you have some plumbing skills, fitted to a system that had been without a filter 10+ years and was getting noisy, found that it was picking up a fair bit of magnatite (that inky black stuff .. definitely magnetic) the design makes it very easy to drain off, and combined with sentinels x400 cleaner that you can leave in for up to 4 weeks, found that the noisy boiler quietend down a lot.. X100 inhibitor also helps on noise.. sentinels help line also useful and they even answer the phone !

Simple fix saves replacing the whole thing
If you have an older triton electtic shower this and the inlet solenoid are the 2 things that are likely to fail, triton dont seem to sell this diaphragm and as its a rubber like compound that flexes every time you switch the shower on guess what.. its the part that fails producing a leak from the housing its inside.
Not a difficult job to replace, just take some pictures before you get it to pieces, and put the plug in before you start because those screws you will drop are goiing guess where ... 😁
