Lots of recipes, testig will tell how they work
This book if full of interesting recipes, there are some that I have been looking for a long time. They are detailed, and you will be very likely to be able to prepare the meals by their help. However most seems to be too simple, but the outcome may be satisfying. We'll see.

Good at its price
It is high enough and is firm. The adjustments are okay, but the sideways turning mechanism is not very smooth. This is a general disadvantage of cheap stands, one can expect it at this price level. You pay for that in higher price range.

Low price, good item.
Quite cheap and it does the job. Not tuned though, you need to sharpen it yourself.
