My experience with the seller was stellar! Through no fault of his the item has been lost in shipping within 1 hour of my house. The seller has been very easy to work with and has had EXCELLENT communication especially with a challenging situation. It’s unfortunate that the item has become lost. eBay refunded me, & I hope that the seller doesn’t have to wait too long to be reimbursed his money for the lost item via insurance. I’m reviewing the seller not the mailing experience.

Absolutely useless, cheap junk that broke instantly
I received these and was excited at the thought of finally making a few pairs of my shoes more comfortable, placed them in my shoes, turned the handle a few times to tighten and.....broken. utter rubbish, pay more and get a better quality product because these are a useless waste of money.

Snapped two of them, and none of my windows will close properly
Totally useless to me the instant i tried to fit them the rear units snapped on the ends, extremely weak material. Am very disappointed as i had these on another car and they fitted well with no problems.
