Great copy of a great book!
I'm a huge fan of the City Lights Pocket Poets Series. Frank O'Hara is a truly great icon from the Beat Poets and beatnik musicians, artists, and intellects. He rubber elbows with many of the great NY artists in the 50s and 60s. His intriguing rhythms, keen eye, spontaneous imagery all sing loudly in many of these pages. If you're really in the mood to catch the vibe, put on some Bebop or Coltrane or any jazz from the era while you indulge in this frivolity of the senses.
