BUY IT !!!
It' very good. The exercices are varied. There is bug with the Wii board, so I disabled it. And the remote give messages too often: "The connection with the ..." so once in a while I have to quit my workout and press the A button. I wish there was possible to play your regular course with 2 players. But it won't register to your regular training if you play 2 players. 2P mode is worth it. But, there is a but, there is less functions. Like skip exercice. When you train with someone who can't finish well, you have to help them, because you can't. Adjusting the number of repetitions. The list goes on on improvement they could do. But the formula since the first one never really changed. The First one is my favorite. The 2nd one is more challenging than the 1st one. And the 3th one is quite challenging, Make sure if you do the 9 weeks program that you have 1h to train. Becuase it's never going to be as quick as they pretend. On easy, when you reach level 3, you will need 45 min to 1h of training. The game is well balanced, it give you, to work hard, like, stride jump, racing then 55 mountain climber then some boxing to relax or skipping. You will get in shape that is sure with that game. When you make your own program, you can choose advanced stuff like 220 stride jump, that is alot. There is way more exercices with the band than all the others. Get it, get in shape, stick to it. You can still get the 3 other games they made from that serie, they all worth it.

I tryed only once. There some kind of learning curve with the equipments and how to do the exercises. Because it come with a strap you need to assemble (not very hard, the instructions are with the manual). And there is a belt you place on your leg. It sometime fall off. There is a bunch of video tutorials and you can alway's hold - during the exercise to see a video on what you are supposed to do. I own the biggest looser that I love a lot. BL does not have any games like Sport Active have. I found the game really fun to play. You don't have to but you can use the balanced board wish is a great add on to the game. Especially boxing. There is a 30 day program. Some exercises have a learning curve. As you have to place your hads a certain way. But don't get discouraged for that, the trainer is very patient. You might run into some technical difficulties at first. I tough it would ruin the whole experience but it did not. You get to see your calories burning as you make every little move. And it's in real time. I was able to burn a lot more calories than biggest looser in 30 minutes. But it might have to do with how they see calories burning. But BL is a great game too. I love the elastic band. Before training with a video game, I never knew what exercise to do. Or I would do too much of one. With Active, I just follow what they told me to do, and it's fun and rewarding. There is trophies to win, like the first 100 calorie burn. This video game have alot of game in it and it make it more fun. One thing I did not like what the start. If you did not train for a long time or want to get back in shape. It start you on a track where you have to walk then all the sudden run. I think it's too harsh when you get started. BL have a warm up time where you start slowly. But Active do not push you too much later, it let you rest during the exercise. But overall I think they did a great job with that game. I know there is an active 2, but the gear seem flimsy, that is why I looked on the first version. Kids love it too, even if the strap was too loose for them, it come with an extra velcro to fix that problem. I really wish a lot of people had that game to get healthier.
