  The trousers were slow arriving and then I found they were the wrong leg length. I asked for a refund and the response took a long time. I was then asked for proof by sending a photograph of the trousers next to a measuring tape. I did so immediately, but then waited many days for a response. I did finally get a refund with help from EBay. The whole process took so long that I almost gave up on it. Getting my money back was hard work and I have better things to do with my life.
