Put the incorrect description of the product. Listed this as the wireless version and was at a low price. Ordered these on a Saturday and expected these by Wednesday, however on Monday I was informed it was the wrong product a little bit after I received an email that it was dispatched. I was immediately refunded which was great, however, I had to then find an alternative which meant I would be getting the item later than I would have preferred.
