    Ben was super helpful in ensuring I received my order in the short window I had. I asked lots of questions and Ben answered straight away. Ordered on Wed night at 20:45 and by 21:05 I had the tracking info and it arrived Fri afternoon as needed. Such incredible service and communication. The item itself is sturdy and well made. I’ve added some pics so you can see the loo in situ. It’s very easy to put the loo in and get out too. Note on the pics that I’ve treated the wood with linseed oil.

    Before ordering, I had good email interaction with seller to ensure it would fit the toilet. The package arrived on time, and all the billing/shipping/customs fees were accurate. The box itself is very sturdy & sharp, & hinges operate great. Fits Thetford toilet perfectly! Only reason 4 stars on 'new' category: ship box was destroyed & box top has scratches. No biggie, we are covering the top.
