  Good stand at a good price, but the packaging was very poor. The cardboard box it came in was held shut with a few bits of duct tape, one of which had torn away. There was no padding for the stand inside, so the plastic base was broken in transit and has had a corner snapped off where it went through the side of the box. The screws / sleeves from the Vesa adapter were also rattling about loose in the now semi open box, so I can only guess if they are all there.
