  100% genuine item but arrived noticeably damaged in 3 separate places - large visible frayed hole to the front, 2 x smaller holes in the left shoulder and damaged stitching to the collar/shoulder join where the label was located. Pictures sent to the seller and a refund was agreed. Item was duly and promptly returned yet seller did not respond to any of my messages once the return was initiated. Had to get eBay involved after 3 days and refund actioned by seller within 2 hours of eBay help.
