10 minute solution - dvd
My dvd arrived this morning! I've been swinging my newly purchased kettlebell around trying to follow the pictures on the instruction manual it came with but not 100% sure I was doing things as I should be.
I chose this dvd as it clearly stated it was for women and not wanting to look like arnie or use my new found strength to participate in cage fighting I took a leap of faith and ordered it.
I made the right choice. This dvd takes all the uncertainty away with clear instructions being given by the instructor through all the sessions. The music playing is just what you want, pleasant without being totally overbearing and the instructor gives encouragement during the bits where you become aware that you're doing a pretty powerful exercise workout - I mention this because the rest of the time its pretty much enjoyable! I was suprised when we started to do the cool down as that seemed to be the quickest 10 mins of exercise I've ever done but the clock on the wall confirmed the timing.
I'm really looking forward to becoming stronger, leaner and fitter and along with a sensible diet I feel that this dvd will encourage and support me during the journey to acheiving my goal.
