Excellent machine with great suction!

So single guy here. Amazed at how much dirt it took off a recently hoovered carpet! Glides around so easily that it is a delight to use. The extension function works well but it does tend to recoil the machine to the extension so a bit of a struggle there. Maybe will learn how to use it better. However, great for doing the stairs, etc. Easy to switch off the rotating carpet cleaner for a hard wood floor, so very happy to have such easy and reachable control over the suction head unit. Very happy with it. Great machine for a great price (refurbished). Delivery was very easy through a nearby Argos. A+++

Beautiful music but modestly presented

Sublime music by one of the most gifted pianists of her generation and which brings together a selection of her concerts and recordings which are well recorded, and well chosen. However, the packaging of these CD's is poor. The insert sleeves are made of thin paper, and the surrounding box is fragile and of poor quality. My box simply disintegrated because the glue was insufficient! However, I bought this product to enjoy the music and I am less interested in the quality of the packaging which is rather poor.
