Long term, this washing machine just doesn't pan out.
1 of 1 found this helpful We bought this product as a replacement from our old washing machine as we needed a bigger machine due to having children.
I do not like the machine, I'm suprised these were never recalled due to the difficulties experienced with it.
After two years it pretty much conked out. The lid lock malfunctioned, it left washing powder/detergent stains on clothes, it's noisy. I thought it was just our machine that we had problems with but I had a look at other internet reviews and everyone pretty much said the same thing. Also people told me by word of mouth it was no good.
What I like about the product though is it's a top loader and easy to use as you can put clothes in easily, and the functions are easy to use.
We ended up buying another machine which is a beko and it is much better.
Long term, this washing machine just doesn't pan out.
