No more free radical damage
Pinebark extract ie. proanthocyanidins are the most effective antioxidant available and a natural extract, having no side effects and causing a mere peptide reaction in the body, forming H2O.
Considered a dietary supplement, it used to be called Vitamin P, until new regulation demoted it.
On each inhaling you may take in as many as a million free radicals, which cause interference of the body's functions, after ten or twenty years. Good news is that free radical damage can be 100% reversed with the use of antioxidants.
There are two dosages, repair and maintenance.
Repair dosage (daily) should be taken at 1mg per pound of body weight, for approx 2 months, after which the body has fully saturated and protects against new free radicals and deals with those which have already settled.
Maintenance dosage is to replace what the body uses up, to maintain full saturation, so after the two months you can cut back to 50mg per day. After 72 hours saturation is lost and you will have to start again with repair dosage.
The point is to MAINTAIN Saturation.
My advice is to try for one week and if you can not detect notable changes, don't bother taking more.
Pycnogenol is a patented mix of antioxidant, but much more expensive and I found this one as effective.
Ps. Studied for BSc (hons) Chemistry in Cambridge and took antioxidants as final years project, so know all about it.

Better than the average
As a German born I grew up with fresh ground coffee and Melitta filters and have used them in preference to any other, finding alternatives as lacking.
Due to the lockdown and my being 70 I opted to purchase from the internet and came across these 'Gourmet intense' Melitta filters at an exceptional reasonable price for 640 of these, which I found hard to refuse but did not expect them to be better than the usual standard. Fact is that they are and filter my homeground (finer) Columbian coffee brilliantly. I am very happy with these and aim to seek them out again, once I run out, which could take a while.
