Great for Fitness

I’m using this game for cardio fitness. I have Xbox Kung Fu High Impact that I was using for fitness but this game is so much better. You can certainly get a sweat on depending how fast you throw your punches. If you are interested in getting fit then this is the game for you. I wear a Polar M400 heart monitor watch when I train with a arm strap and I burn between 400 - 500 calories playing this game. The Kinect is accurate with the punches and blocking but I still find it hard to move myself forward towards my opponent compared to stepping backwards. This is a great game.
