Poor sound and average screen play
Poor sound and average screen play, made the 3 stories second rate productions.
The actors made the best of what seemed a limited budget. At times the individual shots were held too long, and others too short.
I have enjoyed all Dick Francis books, which have a strong beginning and an equally balanced story and ending.
Maybe the dated making of the DVD plus the poor production, were not good value for money, although I still enjoyed watching all 3 DVD's.

Dennis the dog holds back the door
just the right size so not in the way. Looks good, holds back the door, and the grandchildren think it's great, their family dog is not so sure.

Barbara singing the songs you know.
Good sound and singing from Barbara. The stage setting could have been better, and the venue was a little on the large side.
The dvd did not need all the extra information given by Barbara, and an extra song would have been better value.
