  I think this was possibly the worst buying experience on ebay I have ever experienced .I bought both copies of the book the seller had listed and then she said she had only one and had listed the other one in error. That's fine mistakes are easy made .she took 2 weeks to post the book and then blamed the snow and said she was new to ebay but she seems to have sold before .accused me of being awkward when I only asked if she'd sent the book .I had paid straight away .I was beyond nice .

  I would never say I was new to ebay - I've clearly had an account for 10 years! I apologised for double listing and the fact I was doing long days at work. The only day I could have posted I couldn't get to the Post office because of the snow.... so yes the book was late. I called you impatient not awkward, and asked you to be a bit more understanding
