Typical low quality
11 of 15 found this helpful This is typical. Unit looks much better in quality in the photo. The gauge of the metal is light and will most likely not withstand the extreme heat from the fire for a long time. Remedy....stop bringing in poor quality items from China. From what I have seen in the Big Box stores......the cost is not a great value compared to its quality. Yeah.....looks nice but not all made that well!!!!! Good Luck!!!!

Better block quality
0 of 1 found this helpful The wooden block will chip easy...should be made of another product to prevent chipping and cut marks. Knives appear to cut well but once the block shows wear and tear it will not be appealing to a counter top. Would not recommend for the price...yes, your paying to have the words..Kitchen Aid.

Not genuine Harley
Hello,
I am disappointed in the quality of the gloves because they are not "Genuine" the real deal. The Harley label is not inside either of the gloves. That makes it a knock off product.
I'm too busy to take the steps to return the gloves plus having to pay for return postage. This was a raw deal!!!!
