I won the item for 99p and I did NOT receive it. I contacted the seller for tracking details prior to opening an NRI case and they did not provide it. After I opened the case the seller provided a Royal Mail tracking number that had NOT been entered into the Royal Mail system, a tactic I have seen before. I suspect the seller did not complete the sale due to the low winning bid price. I would never buy from or support sellers like this.

Item was posted via royal mail. I have uploaded tracking and have been in constant communication with buyer. Should the item be returned to me I will get in touch with you please. Once the item is posted, it is out of my control. If you receive the item can you kindly get back to me. Many thanks

Completely false on both accounts and the seller knows, just attempting to cover up their deception. A parel entered into a courier network shows on the tracking. The tracking number given by the seller did NOT and no parcel was received by the Royal Mail. The seller claimed also that they were in contast communication which is a lie. I emailed them twice and they responded once and ignored the last message. This type of deceptive ebay selling practice is the worst I've seen in 20 years on ebay.
