Get in competition with yourself
It's amazing how this little gadget makes you step up your game. (pun intended) I set a minimum goal every day of 10,000 steps, and I do not go to bed until I cross that line. I feel great. Even though I am on a vigorous exercise program in addition to getting steps, that extra exercise make a difference. And it's very easy to use. Highly recommended.

Wow. And Wow Again.
You know how you get tired of hearing Baby Boomers go on and on about how much better their music was than the music today? About how back then you had real instruments and not digitized loops, and how singers could sing and didn't need to be auto-tuned? Oh, it was just soooo much better back then.
